Hobbies

I like to hunt deer, squirrel, rabbits, and doves. When I go fishing, my main target fish are bass, crappie, bluegill, grennel, and catfish. I also like to sketch and draw images of a multitude of things, such as animals, national parks, churches, skyscrapers, houses and house plans, etc. I have been drawing for about ten years, so I am as good at drawing as some are at basketball or baseball. I have been hunting and fishing ever since I can remember. I have killed 5 deer, 4 of them being bucks. I also like to play video games, with my favorite being NBA 2K16.

Family

  1. Dad
  2. My dad is Daniel James, Sr. He is a quality inspector at Schaefer Electrical Enclosures, a company that makes electrical boxes for the electical components to go into. One of the assignments he was given was to build the electrical boxes for the field lighting of the Atlanta Braves baseball stadium. He also built the electrical boxes for the 9/11 memorial in New York City. My dad graduated at the top of his class from Oak Ridge High School. My dad served in the army in the Persian Gulf War and in Operation Desert Storm. He has been to many countries in his years of service to our country, including Panama, Venezuela, and Germany.

  3. Mom
  4. My mom is Joann James. She works at Schaefer Electrical Enclosures, the same company my dad and my brother works at. She graduated at the top of her class at Delta High School, and went fro there to recieve a Bachelor's Degree in business management with an emphasis in HR from Southeast Missouri State University. My mom is a fantastic cook. She can cook nearly everything. She has traveled to many states across the country, probably most all of them. My mom graduated from SEMO as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an honors society at SEMO.

  5. Rebekah
  6. My sister, Rebekah James, is a graduate of Leopold High School and was in many clubs during high school. She works as a student aid at Delta R-5 Elementary school. She is now working to pursue a degree and is a student at Southeast Missouri State University. My sister is one of my closest friends and we love to spend quality time with each other. She and her fiance, David Brawley, live in Whitewater together. She is planning to get married at the end of September.

  7. Emily
  8. My little sister, Emily, is five years old. She is avery enthusiastic, bright, and sometimes a very mischieviuos person. She goes to daycare in Whitewater, but is looking forward to playing T-ball this summer with her friends and going to school this fall. One thing that never changes about my sister is that she always has a joyful, optimistic smile on her face. However, when she gets angry, she puts on a funny looking frown, pouts, and tries to boss you around. She has already done that to me many times :), but most of the time, she is very happy.

  9. Daniel
  10. My brother, Daniel, Jr., is a graduate from Leopold High School. He works at Schaefer Electrical Enclosures. He lives in Leopold and his wife is Oakley James and his son's name is Owen James.

Future Plans

I am kind of unsure about what I want to do when I graduate high school. I know I want to go to college, but I really haven't decided what I would like to do. I have thought about going to college to become a graphic designer. I have also been discerning and considered going to seminary to become a diocesan priest. I am also maybe plannning on leaving Leopold after I graduate.
